Yoga and Meditation
Mindfulness and balance among tropical landscapes
What it is and why
Yoga in Vietnam smoothly weaves into daily life. Morning practices on beaches of Mui Ne or Da Nang under noise of waves help to tune for the day, and meditative classes in cool pine forests of Da Lat — restore internal resource.
Many schools offer both single drop-in classes and deep retreats with included healthy nutrition and lectures on mindfulness. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner, find a class can be almost in any tourist center of the country.
