What you need to know
Pac Ngoi village is located in Nam Mau commune and is one of the few places that has preserved traditional stilt houses with palm leaf or tiled roofs. Tourists are offered homestay accommodations where they can experience Tay culture, taste national cuisine (such as five-color sticky rice or grilled fish), and listen to traditional "Then" singing.
The main activities here revolve around the national park: boat trips on Ba Be Lake, visiting Puong Cave and Dau Dang Waterfall, as well as kayaking and cycling around the surrounding area.
The optimal time to visit: during this period nature is at its most beautiful, the lake is full, and weather conditions are ideal for walks and excursions.
