Chua Tien Temple, also known as the "Fairy Well", is a unique spiritual site located in a natural cave within Deo Giang Mountain. The temple combines the natural beauty of the mountain relief with a rich historical heritage recognized at the national level.

What you need to know
The history of the temple dates back to the reign of King Le Thanh Tong (15th century), when it was founded as the "Temple of Two Fairies". Over time, the complex was moved deeper into the caves of Deo Giang Mountain, which resembles an elephant in shape. Architecturally, the space inside the cave is divided into three altars: the central one (Tam Bao), and two side altars dedicated to the national hero Tran Hung Dao and the Mother Goddess (Thanh Mau).
Visitors can expect to climb 64 to 65 well-maintained steps. Inside the cave, illuminated by electric lighting, you can see rock formations that, according to legends, are petrified fairies who used to play chess here.
During this period, the weather is most comfortable for visiting. In summer, high humidity is possible, but inside the cave, natural coolness is always maintained. It is recommended to avoid weekends and holidays due to large crowds of pilgrims.
