- National Treasures: The golden head of the deity Shiva (10th century), the statue of Tara, Sa Huynh culture jewelry, and ancient rhinoceros horn artifacts.
- Prehistoric Heritage: Human remains dating back over 5,000 years from Phu Trung village and an extensive collection of Sa Huynh culture artifacts.
- Ethnography: The museum recreates cultural zones of Quang Nam's ethnic groups, showcasing traditional crafts and Dong Son culture bronze drums.
