What you need to know
The museum opened in 1997 and covers an area of approximately 1 hectare. The building stands out with its typical Khmer-style pointed roofs adorned with delicate carvings.
What to see in the halls:
- Spiritual Culture: models of 143 pagodas, ancient Buddha statues, and stone artifacts from the 7th–8th centuries.
- Material Life: a collection of traditional clothing, jewelry, and rare agricultural tools over 100 years old.
- Traditional Crafts: reed products, models of Ngo boats, and fishing gear.
- Art: traditional pinpeat orchestra instruments and theatrical masks used in Dù kê performances.
