What you need to know
Thien An Pagoda is an ancient temple recognized as a national historical and cultural monument in 1990. Located on the left bank of the Tra Khuc River, the complex covers about 1 hectare of land and is famous for its peaceful atmosphere. The pagoda grounds are surrounded by ancient trees that create natural shade.
The main attractions include the majestic statue of Quan The Am (Guanyin) and harmonious flower gardens. Of special historical significance is the tomb of Huynh Thuc Khang, located on the southwestern slope of the mountain—an outstanding patriot and former acting president of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Annually, thousands of pilgrims visit the pagoda to experience the unity of nature and spirituality.
