The Quảng Ninh Museum is a unique cultural center whose building was designed by renowned Spanish architect Salvador Pérez Arroyo and won the "Architecture of the Year" award. The museum is a self-funded institution and houses over 30,000 artifacts depicting the history, nature, and mining industry of the region.

The museum is divided into three thematic floors:

The first floor
is dedicated to the province's natural conditions and Ha Long Bay.
The second floor
is styled after a traditional fishing boat and reflects the daily life of coastal residents.
The third floor
plunges visitors into the life of coal mines, offering a unique interactive experience—the chance to wear miner's gear and descend into a reconstructed underground tunnel.

The exhibition features 8 national relics, including the Ngoa Van golden box, the Dau Rang ceramic jar (over 3,000 years old), and the country's largest block of anthracite coal.
