About

What you need to know

The house is an architectural synthesis of cultures: from the outside, it resembles a French colonial villa, while the interior reflects a traditional Vietnamese home with massive brick walls. The interior is decorated with exquisite gilded wood carvings, mother-of-pearl inlays, and Chinese furniture. Among the unique exhibits are an 18th-century marble table, Louis XIV-style French furniture, and the lacquered altar of General Guan Yu. It has been a national architectural monument since 2009.
