Hang Mua ("Dancing Cave") is a popular tourist complex located on the slopes of Ngoa Long Mountain. Despite its "cave" name, the main goal for visitors is to conquer the 500 steps to see the breathtaking panorama of Tam Coc's rice fields and the winding Ngo Dong River. This is one of the most photographed and recognizable spots in Northern Vietnam.

What you need to know
The complex is located in the Trang An Landscape Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the summit of the 142-meter-high mountain, you will find two viewpoints: the left one leads to the famous dragon statue (Dragon Peak), and the right one leads to a more peaceful pagoda.
The climb consists of 486–500 steps decorated with dragon and phoenix bas-reliefs. Although the trek is physically demanding due to humidity and a steep incline, the presence of handrails makes it accessible to most travelers.
