Historical Significance
The temple is dedicated to Trieu Thi Trinh, who at the age of 18 gathered thousands of followers to fight invaders from the Eastern Wu state. Although the uprising was suppressed, her feat became a symbol of the resilience of the Vietnamese people.

The complex is located on Gai Mountain and includes many historical sites: Ba Trieu Temple, the mausoleum on Tung Mountain, tombs of the Ly Dynasty generals, as well as the De Tu and Ban Te temples. The entire complex is recognized as a special national monument (Decision No. 2408/QĐ-TTg).
The period from October to April is ideal for visiting, when the weather is cooler. In April 2026, a large-scale festival will be held here to commemorate the 1778th anniversary of the heroine's death.
