About

What you need to know

Vu Mon Waterfall consists of four levels with drops ranging from 25 to 86 meters, and the flow width is about 27.5 meters. A powerful water discharge ensures a continuous flow year-round, and the sound of the waterfall can be heard from up to 2 kilometers away. At the base lies a 350 m² pool with a depth of about 1.4 meters, ideal for nature contemplation.

The surrounding area of the waterfall is unique, featuring centuries-old coniferous forests with trees up to 1 meter in diameter. Local rock formations include notable flat stones that locals call the "heavenly chess board." According to legend, this is the very waterfall that a carp tries to overcome to transform into a dragon, a story reflected in local folklore.
