What you need to know
Bai Dai Beach is famous for its fine white sand and crystal-clear water with a gentle entry, making it convenient for families with children. Most of the coastline is occupied by elite resorts (The Anam, Mövenpick, Radisson Blu, etc.), which are accessible only to hotel guests.
For independent travelers, the northern tip of the beach is open, where you can find inexpensive seafood cafes and rent sun loungers and umbrellas. It is worth noting that the infrastructure here is simpler, and during certain seasons there is a problem with litter. A unique feature of the southern part is its proximity to Cam Ranh Airport, allowing you to watch low-flying planes right from the shore.
The dry season guarantees the calmest sea and clear water. October–December is the rainy season and strong winds, when swimming can become unsafe.
