Hai Duong Museum is an important cultural venue where the history of the region is presented in chronological order: from ancient times to the present. Visitors can view a unique collection of 15th-16th century Chu Dau ceramics, national treasures, and rare artifacts found within the province.

What you need to know
The museum was founded in 1987 and covers an area of more than 8,000 square meters. Its collections house over 50,000 exhibits.
Main highlights:
- Chu Dau Ceramics: a collection of 2,000 items from the 15th-16th centuries.
- Huu Trung Bronze Drum: recognized as a national treasure in 2015.
- Hiep An Ceramic Jar: a national treasure recognized in 2024.
The museum consists of the main exhibition building, a ceramics hall, and an outdoor area where you can see ancient tombs, stelae, and weaponry. Since 2017, masterclasses in traditional crafts and folk games have been held here.
