About 10 km to the city with supermarkets, small shops and cafes nearby. The tourist center starts 500m away.

3 bright bedrooms with air conditioning, wardrobes and windows. 4 TVs, one in each bedroom + 1 in the living room (cable, about 50 channels, including 1 Russian). The apartment has 2 separate balconies (approx. 1.5 x 4 m), in the back bedroom and the living room. High-speed WiFi internet (cable, download/upload speed around 21/21 Mbit). 2 separate bathrooms, one with a shower and washing machine in the hallway, the second in the back bedroom, with a shower and bathtub.

Living room with a sofa, table and TV, combined with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, electric stove, electric kettle, rice cooker, all utensils). It also has its own air conditioner and access to the balcony.

Monthly price: from $1300 in the low season, + electricity (3000 vnd/kW) + water (25,000 m3) according to meters. Depending on the frequency of using the 3 air conditioners, the total utility bill averages $50-150.

In the high season from $1600; for Christmas, New Year and Tet (Vietnamese New Year) periods, the price may rise further. The final price depends on the rental period.

Daily rent from $140-170 depending on the length of stay, all utilities included.

Booking deposit depending on the season $300-500, refundable upon departure minus utility bills. You can book the apartment in advance, 6 months or more before arrival.

Cleaning, including linen change, is ordered additionally, 500,000 vnd one-time (about $23), it is not included in the price.
