The magazine Live and Invest Overseas notes that Da Nang is the 3rd largest city, after Vietnam's capital, Hanoi, and the business center, Saigon. Da Nang has large territories, but still remains a provincial city. If we remove the skyscrapers, bridges, shopping centers, and mad flows of motorbikes, we will see the Da Nang of the 60s.

From a tourist perspective, the location of Da Nang city is very good. Nearby are some of the country's most famous attractions — the ancient port city of Hoi An, the ancient capital of Hue, the ruins of the My Son temple complex, and the unusual Marble Mountains. The city layout itself is also quite convenient for living, with 2 rivers crossed by 7 city bridges.
