Grab is an app for ordering taxis and other transportation services. Grab is very popular in Southeast Asia, especially in Vietnam. Fares can be paid in cash. There is also the option to link a bank card. The advantage of Grab taxis over competitors is that you can immediately select your pickup and drop-off locations in the app, so the price for the entire trip is displayed right away.

For a unique experience during your trip to Vietnam, you can use the Grab app to order a moto-taxi. The fare for a motorbike is significantly lower than for a car. Considering the traffic jams in Vietnamese megacities, a motorcycle gives you a much better chance of avoiding traffic.

The only drawback of the Grab app is that taxi drivers usually call you through the app to confirm your pickup point. The problem is that many do not know English.
