Following Uber's exit from the Southeast Asian market, a two-billion-dollar Indonesian transportation service called Go-Jek emerged, launching an ambitious plan to capture the potential transportation services market. The company also directly competes with the better-known Grab. Currently, Go-Viet only provides motorcycle taxis, but the company very soon plans to expand its range of services and offer more transportation options.

The advantage of Go-Viet is that its interface is exceptionally easy to use. Unlike Grab, Go-Viet has studied user habits based on competitors' experiences, so it often suggests the most popular destinations. But the biggest advantage is the ability to book multiple rides simultaneously. This means that at the same time you book a ride, you can also order one or more additional rides from your phone. Isn't that amazing? This is very convenient when you are with several friends and have only one smartphone. Grab does not have such a feature.

A minor inconvenience about Go-Viet is that it is only available in Vietnam. To use the same company's services in Indonesia, you will need to download an app called Go-Jek, and if you are in Thailand, the app from this company is called Go-Get. In this regard, the app truly loses to its competitor, Grab, which has just a single app that can be used across eight Southeast Asian countries. It is worth adding one more advantage — through Go-Viet, you can quickly order food delivery or send a package.
