The XQ Factory is a famous family enterprise founded in January 1996 that revives and perfects the technique of hand silk embroidery. Visiting this place allows you to see how true masterpieces are created, featuring a "glowing" effect and depth achieved through the complex multi-layered technique of the female artisans.

What you need to know
The XQ Factory specializes in highly complex hand embroidery. The process of creating paintings begins with a sketch on tracing paper and concludes with the meticulous work of several artisans using special threads that do not fade for years. Training for the embroiderers lasts up to 5 years, after which they pass a difficult final exam.
On the factory grounds in Dalat (Mai Anh Dao Street), you can watch the artisans at work and visit the "historical village" showcasing ancient tools and materials. Photography is allowed in the exhibition halls and workspaces. The premises also feature a silk product shop, a café, and a restaurant.
