What to know
The park was established in 1998 and received national historical monument status in April 2015. Spanning over 2 hectares, the well-maintained grounds feature a lotus lake, walking paths, and landscaped compositions. The central element of the park is a statue of President Ho Chi Minh, mounted on a two-meter stone pedestal.
Currently, the park is undergoing major renovation (2025–2026) aimed at upgrading infrastructure, lighting, and landscaping, making it an even more comfortable place to visit. The cool breeze from the Red River creates pleasant conditions for relaxation here even during the hot season.
The park is open daily until late evening, allowing for comfortable visits during both morning and evening hours.
