Nam Cao Park is the social hub of Phủ Lý city (the former capital of Hà Nam province). Its territory is meticulously maintained and decorated with flower beds, making it a popular spot for walks. The park is open daily throughout the day; however, due to the climate of Northern Vietnam, visiting early in the morning or closer to sunset is recommended during the summer. The geographic location of the park allows visitors to enjoy beautiful sunset views, creating a great atmosphere for relaxing after a workday.
