About the place

What you need to know

The cave stretches for more than 500 meters and impresses with its scale: the width reaches 40 meters, and the ceiling height is 30 meters. The cave got its name from a legend about a mermaid whose silhouette can be guessed in the stalactite outlines. It was previously called "Fish Cave" due to rare fish species inhabiting the stream's waters.

Inside, you will see bizarre formations: "diamond waterfalls", coral reefs, and stone animal heads. The exploratory path partially passes through narrow sections that require bending down, so please be careful. A stone statue of a mermaid is installed in the center of the cave, serving as a popular photo spot.
