About the place

What you need to know

The Hon Ba Reserve was established in 2005 and covers an area of 193 sq. km. The main historical landmark is the Alexandre Yersin House, a two-story wooden building from 1914 where the scientist conducted his research.

On the way to the summit, travelers will find picturesque locations: the emerald Suoi Dau Lake, the Suoi Dau waterfall, and the impressive Suoi Nguon waterfall with its blue water. The climate here is mild, but be prepared for the summit to be almost always hidden in clouds. The trip features a challenging mountain serpentine road (37 km from the highway), making the route a true adventure.
