What you need to know
Construction of the castle took place from 2009 to 2013. The building has 5 floors and is located on a plot of about 3,000 m². It is a strategic property with four facades: the main one faces National Route 1A, the northern one faces Phủ Lý railway station, the western one adjoins the Hồng Phú bridge, and the eastern one faces the Đáy River.
The interior is crafted using rare century-old red padauk wood (gỗ gõ đỏ) — this woodwork alone cost over 50 billion VND, including elements worth about a million dollars. The castle belongs to a private entrepreneur, so entry inside is not permitted, but the building's architecture and its luxurious garden with elite plants make it a prominent landmark and an interesting spot for photography.
