What you need to know
The system consists of two modern lines: Hoàng Long (from Giải Oan Valley to Hoa Yên Pagoda) and Bạch Long (from Một Mái Pagoda to the An Kỳ Sinh statue square). Visitors can admire waterfalls (Golden and Silver), see the 1,000-year-old ancient Hoa Yên Pagoda, and climb to the peak (1,068 m) where Đồng Pagoda is located. The complex is of immense significance as the birthplace of the Trúc Lâm Zen school and, as of July 2025, is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The dry season is ideal for taking in panoramic views. During the festival period (1st to 3rd lunar months), queues are possible.
